What is National Telecommunicators Week?
Each year, the second full week of April is dedicated to the men and women who serve as public safety telecommunicators. This week is set aside so everyone can be made more aware of dispatchers and call takers hard work and dedication, which provide a vital link to the the public safety services on which the public has come to rely on every day.
